Our specialties include year-end financial statement preparation (Notice to Reader and Review), tax compliance, business consulting, and complex tax issues. Here, you’ll work directly with local business owners, providing insights beyond numbers to support their growth.
Your Role:
As an experienced CPA at Winston and Company, you’ll be instrumental in guiding clients in managing risk and uncovering growth opportunities. You’ll handle multiple responsibilities independently, communicating progress with the partner to ensure guidance with minimal oversight. In this role, you’ll:
- Prepare Notice to Reader and Review Engagement financial statements
- Prepare and review working papers for personal, corporate, and trust tax returns
- Assist with bookkeeping duties, including investment account reconciliations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, anticipating their needs
- Update staff and partners on project progress, ensuring transparency

What We’re Looking For:
- CPA Designation with 3-6 years of public practice experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to maintain file progress with the partner
- Proven time management and organizational skills for handling multiple projects
- Ability to work well in teams and build client relationships
- Proficiency with CaseWare, CaseView, Jazz-It, Profile, QuickBooks, QBO, Sage, and Microsoft Excel
- A self-motivated, growth-oriented professional eager to contribute to our firm
